Web browser add-ons, tips and tricks
   

Joy’s great interactive presentation showcased fun and beneficial add-ons – all for FREE!!  Applications of value included OpenOffice.org – a free version of Microsoft Office available for download and use on any computer.  Also, in order to keep your computer secure, download the Advanced SystemCare which checks over every component of your computer to look for viruses, bugs, spyware and anything else that could hinder the performance of your computer.

Also reviewed were some fun and exciting add-ons for the Mozilla Firefox web browser (yes folks, it’s better than Internet Explorer and everyone should be using it!  Find it at www.getfirefox.com).  They include the following:

  • Auto Pager – automatically loads the next page (i.e. Google searches with multiple pages of results)
  • Web of Trust – warns you about risky websites that try to scam visitors or have viruses attached
  • Fast Dial
  • Internet Explorer Tab – make your Firefox look like IE!
  • Script, ad and flash-blockers… and more!

    • Free applications and add-ons can make your time more efficient.  Use them to your advantage so you can be spending more time making money!!
