In the spirit of the tax season, deductions most pertinent to the small business owner were discussed. Personal questions were fielded in this informal presentation which also emphasized the importance of integrating income protection into your financial plan as a small business owner. Also noted was the importance of personal life insurance to cover your debts such as your mortgage, line of credit and credit cards – myths and misconceptions arise about lender-provided insurance.
